  • Can I Change or Cancel My Custom Gift Order?
    Orders can be changed or cancelled by notifying us within 24 hours of your order being placed. Understandably, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after this time to ensure our commitment to offering expedient service as orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
    We offer our customers several convenient payment options. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal for your convenience. We do not accept cash, checks or COD.
  • Can I check the status of my order?
    When orders are completed you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order, and another email when your order has been shipped. This email will contain the tracking number for your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
  • Exchange, Refund, and Return Policy
    If there is a quality issue with your order, you may notify us for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. No refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Eclectic Designs or any of our carriers.

    Free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days Monday through Friday. Shipping schedule and/or times are subject to change, and you may expect delays if the company is experiencing a high volume of orders or during the holidays.
